Woodlands Grove

A sensitive rear extension and internal remodel transformed this family home, introducing a contemporary open-plan layout with seamless garden connection. The new squared roofline and large glazed doors create a bright, modern living space anchored by a warm, neutral palette. Upstairs, a new sitting room opens onto a balcony with expansive views across the golf course. The project also prioritised comfort and efficiency, with upgraded insulation to floors, walls, and roof, and underfloor heating throughout the main living area.

Architectural Drawings
