Residential - Saxe Coburg Place, Edinburgh

This project involved the refurbishment and extension of a lower ground-floor apartment within an Edinburgh New Town terrace. A contemporary rear extension with full-height glazing created a bright dining space that connects directly to the garden, enhancing natural light and flow throughout the home. Internally, the reconfigured layout introduced a modern kitchen and compact shower room, maximising space and functionality while retaining the property’s traditional character.
